After two delivery attempts, feel free to get in touch with us to set up a collection. Plan ahead by giving us a call at 020 7629 2929 or sending us an email at cs@rushworldwide.co.uk. Our collection hours are from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays.

Please keep in mind that if we tried delivering your parcel today, it won’t make its way back to our depot until 5 pm. If we’ve been holding onto your parcel for two days without any contact, we’ll have to send it back to the sender unless you drop us a message to let us know when you’ll swing by for the pickup.
