Claims calendar

When submitting a claim to RUSH claims team, there are timescales which need to be adhered to. These vary depending upon the type of claim been submitted and the stage your claim is at:
If you are making a damage/part lost claim, you have:

2 business days to submit a notification
8 business days to submit a claim, this is inclusive of the 2 business days
If claiming damage, we need photographs of the package label, the package, the item, and packaging/protection of the item. Sales invoice and or cost invoice.

If you are making a lost claim, you have:

10 business days to submit a notification
20 business days to submit a claim, this is inclusive of the 10 days.
If claiming damage, we need photographs of the package label, the package, the item, and packaging/protection of the item. Sales invoice and or cost invoice.

‘Business day’ mean any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or Public or Bank Holiday UK
