The APC Overnight service & its partners have considered the risk to fuel supplies and the increasing costs of fuel, the following changes are being introduced with immediate effect and until further notice.

Premiums – attempt just once
The requirement to reattempt delivery later the same day for pre 10 or pre 12 services that have been carded is being relaxed (i.e. no longer attempt twice in the same day)

APC Called – Redelivery request for Saturdays
The ability to choose a Saturday for a redelivery is being removed from APC Called

DID YOU KNOW: You can re-arrange to collect direct from our depots, which can speed up recipients getting their goods if we weren’t able to deliver – this service is also available on Saturday via APC-Called.
