Instead of covering every type of product, the guide will walk you through a few simple questions to determine whether an item should be sent on this service.

Important Reminders

All Liquid (LP) and Limited Quantity (LQ) items must still be sent on the relevant specialist services.

If items are sent under a different service code but fall under the guidelines for the Un-boxed service, the service code will be adjusted accordingly, and an additional charge may occur as a result.
